CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time — as well as missed appointments — are subject to a 50% fee of the booked service.

I got my hair cut by Charlotte yesterday and I had a great experience from start to finish. Charlotte listened to what I wanted and also gave some suggestions and I am so so happy with the result! Charlotte was really friendly and professional and the salon was organized and clean. I will definitely be back!

I got my hair cut on Saturday by ***. I thought a lot about if I should write this because I really loved my haircut and my experience with *** the first time, where I felt he put in a lot of care. This time, he was constantly touching/wiping his nose and a dog while cutting my hair, the haircut itself was really quick, and he left me with a heat lamp to do his groceries, saying he'd come back in 10 minutes. The other staff intervened because the heat lamp was getting too hot, especially on one part of my scalp, and they noticed that i was uncomfortable. He came back in 20+ minutes After that, there was no trim or final touch up or anything. I left feeling really sad and washed my hair as soon as I was home, my scalp was tender. The hair cut cost 65-70 euros.
