I got my hair cut by Charlotte yesterday and I had a great experience from start to finish. Charlotte listened to what I wanted and also gave some suggestions and I am so so happy with the result! Charlotte was really friendly and professional and the salon was organized and clean. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately not happy with the result. I booked “partly with **********” (who i was very happy with last time!) but he wasn’t involved in this booking at all. The person cutting my hair took off a year of hair growth even though I specifically asked to keep the length and then got an attitude when i asked to correct something. Also some of the treatment had a very strong chemical smell and my head is still itchy. Not sure i’ll be back.
