Schade. Seit nun ca. 3 Wochen versuchen meine Mutter und ich einen Termin für einen Hausbesuch zu bekommen, was die Jahre immer gut funktioniert hat. Jetzt erreicht man niemand, man wird nicht zurückgerufen und wenn man jemanden erreicht hat, wird vertröstet.
Ich denke, Service kann man mehr bieten.
